Shipping costs

Netherlands

Orders over €80 will be shipped free within the Netherlands. Under €80, shipping costs are €4.95. When you place an order with us before 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon, your order will be delivered to the address you provide the next business day. This does not apply to orders you make on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. We will ship your package with POST NL.

Belgium

Orders over €80 are shipped for free in Belgium. Under €80, you pay €7.95 shipping. We will send your package with Bpost.

Returning

Of course, we want you to be Happy with your purchase. You have a 14-day return period upon receipt. If you are not satisfied you can return your order to us. Items must be returned undamaged and with original label.

If we made a mistake, or if an item is damaged, we will pay for the return. In other cases, you are responsible for organizing & paying for the return yourself.
