Web store software
WooCommerce
Our online store is developed with software from WooCommerce, we have chosen Terborg Design for our web hosting Personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of our services, are shared with this party. Terborg Design has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Terborg Design is required by the agreement we have with them to take appropriate security measures. These security measures include the use of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent loss of data.
Web hosting
Terborg Design We purchase web hosting and email services from Terborg Design. Terborg Design processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. Terborg Design has adopted appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Terborg Design is bound to confidentiality under the agreement.
Payment processors
Mollie
For handling (part of) the payments in our online store, we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address and city information and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and, as part of this, share (anonymized) data with third parties. All of the above safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of Mollie’s services for which it engages third parties. Mollie does not retain your data longer than permitted by the legal time limits.
Shipping Companies
DHL
When you place an order with us, our job is to get your package delivered to you. We use the services of DHL to make deliveries. This requires that we share your name, address and residence information with DHL. DHL uses this data only for the purpose of performing the contract. In the event that DHL engages subcontractors, DHL will also make your data available to these parties.
6. HOW DO WE SECURE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We handle your personal data with extreme care and ensure appropriate organizational and technical security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access or alteration, disclosure or destruction of personal data. In doing so, we comply with current security standards. The information exchanged, collected and analyzed on our Website is encrypted with a certificate. You will recognize this by the lock icon in the URL bar.
If despite security measures, there is a security incident that is likely to adversely affect your privacy, we will inform you of the incident as soon as possible. We therefore inform you of the measures we have taken to limit the consequences and prevent future recurrences.

Requests and other notices regarding the exercise of the aforementioned rights may be submitted in writing using the contact information at the top of the Privacy Statement the Childbirth Dress. We ask you to justify your request, provide your first and last name, signature, e-mail address and attach a copy of a valid identification document, asking you to cross out all unnecessary information, including at least your Citizen Service Number (BSN) (e.g. through the use of the government’s KopieID app).
In principle, you will receive a response within four (4) weeks of receiving your request. We will comply with your request unless we have a compelling, legitimate interest or legal obligation not to delete the personal data that outweighs your privacy interest or where complying with your request is not otherwise required by law. Once we have deleted the personal data, for technical reasons we cannot immediately delete all copies of the personal data from our systems and backup systems.
